An unfinished basement is transformed into a large art studio opening to the garden. A rich palette of finishes in the remodeled upstairs kitchen and bath compliment the artist/owner’ s vibrant sensibility.

Full seismic upgrade, new radiant heat system, green materials, captured over 600 s.f. of existing undeveloped space.
